Tzatziki Demo

Step 1: The basic ingredients of tzatziki are the ones in the picture. We need strained yogurt, garlic (some people like tzatziki strong and others do not want to sacrifice their social life and prefer it mild in taste even with no garlic at all), vinegar, cucumber, oil and salt.

Step 2: In this picture we demonstrate an easy way to strain the grated cucumber and to remove its water. Cucumber has the greatest concentration of water among all summer vegetables (approximately 96%).

Step 3: Mash the garlic and mix it with salt and vinegar in a suitable bowl.
