Brownie muffins
Directions
- Follow the bain-marie process to melt the butter and the chocolate in one pot. Mix with the vanilla or the orange zest.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes white.
- Add the flour, the crushed walnuts and the baking powder and mix.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the mixture and mix well.
- Empty the mixture into muffin tins and bake in 165 C (preheated oven temperature) for only 20 minutes.
Alternatively you can empty the mixture into a round baking tin. Do not cook for more than 20 minutes because the inner part or the brownie will become thick and it should not. It should be moist.

- 210 grams fresh butter
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams sugar
- 120 grams all purpose flour
- 210 walnuts, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 1 tspn vanilla powder or zest of one orange
