Directions
- Clean the fish, remove heads, wash and drain.
- Place the fish in a baking pan, add lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and bake in medium heat for 25 minutes.

- Juice of two lemons
- 1 cup oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- Oregano
