Directions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in oil, coriander and oregano for two or more hours.
- Fry them lightly in oil and add all the vegetables.
- When the vegetables start to soften douse with wine.
- Add the masticha (mastic) and season with salt and pepper.
- Add broth and simmer until most of the juice evaporates and chicken is tender.
- Finally add the cream and let it bind with the rest of the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet, cut in thin stripes
- 1 zucchini, cut in thin stripes
- 1 carrot, cut in thin stripes
- 1 wine glass ouzo
- 1/2 chicken broth
- 2 pinches of ground coriander
- 5 spoons cream fresh
- 1 tspn ground masticha (mastic)
- Olive oil
- 2 pinches oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
