Directions
- Wash the mussels very well and rub them carefully . Put them in a saucepan with some water and boil them until they open.
- Prepare the stuffing: Cut the onion into very small pieces and cook it in a pan with some oil for two minutes. Add some salt, pepper, rice, the cones and stir for another 2 – 3 minutes.
- When the mixture is ready (2 -3 minutes have passed) stuff the mussels.
- Then close them carefully put them in a saucepan with some water and some oil and cook them until the rice is ready.

- large mussels as many as you want
- 1 onion
- salt – pepper
- rice
- cones or almonds
- olive oil
