Spinach Dip

Directions

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out the water.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.
  3. Serve with pumpernickel bread

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
  • 2 scallions (green onions) – chopped fine
  • 1 cup water chestnuts – cut into pieces
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
