Spaghetti with yogurt
Directions
- Boil the spaghetti, then strain them and butter them with fresh butter.
- Prepare the minced meat as follows: Roast the onion in butter and then add the meat and roast it too. Add salt, pepper, stir well and simmer until all the juice of the meat is absorbed.
- Mix garlic, salt and yogurt in a bowl.
- Using a plate or a rectangular baking pan place the spaghetti and the sauce with the following order: Spread half of the spaghetti, place on top cheese, half of the meat and 1/3 of the yogurt. Repeat by creating one more layer of spaghetti.
- Finally, add the final 1/3 of yogurt to cover the spaghetti and serve.

- 1/2 kg minced meat
- 400 gr yogurt
- 3-4 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 large onion
- 1 spoon butter
- Fresh butter
- Parmezan cheese, grated
- Salt
- Pepper
