Directions
- Boil the spaghetti in a large saucepan. Add salt and some drops of oil in order not allow the spaghetti to stick.
- Use a saucepan for the sauce. Heat oil and add the garlic the tomatoes and the shrimps. Saute for 2 – 4 minutes and mix well (frozen shrimps are usually sold pre-boiled and cleaned. If the ones you buy are not pre-boiled then you should boil them first to soften). Add the chili, salt and pepper as much as desired, depending on how spicy you want the sauce to become.
- Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve. Add some fresh parsley on top.

- 500 grams spaghetti (one pack)
- Frozen, small in size, shrimps, cleaned. The portion depends on how many shrimps you want on your spaghetti.
- 6 fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut in small pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Chili
- Pepper
