Soup with semolina


  1. Bring broth to boil and then add gradually the semolina, stirring constantly until it is totally dissolved.
  2. Cover saucepan and boil soup for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove any foam from the soup while boiling it.
  4. When ready, remove from heat, add butter stir and serve.


  • 2 lt of meat broth
  • 2 spoons of fresh butter
  • 5 spoons of semolina
  • Salt
