Soup with semolina
Directions
- Bring broth to boil and then add gradually the semolina, stirring constantly until it is totally dissolved.
- Cover saucepan and boil soup for 15 minutes.
- Remove any foam from the soup while boiling it.
- When ready, remove from heat, add butter stir and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 lt of meat broth
- 2 spoons of fresh butter
- 5 spoons of semolina
- Salt
