Directions
- Mix herring fillets, soft cheese and oil in a blender.
- Add lemon juice and taste. Adjust with more lemon, if necessary.
- Fix texture by adding more oil from, if the mixture is thick or by adding more cheese if the mixture is soft.

- 200 grams smoked herring fillets
- 300 grams Philadelphia soft cheese
- Lemon juice of one lemon (max)
- 2 spoons olive oil
