Sesame paste dip


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the pulp becomes like a smooth paste.
  2. Add the desired portion of water depending on how solid you wish the dip to be.
  3. Serve cold


  • 170 gr sesame paste (tahine)
  • 70 spoons lemon juice
  • 30 spoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • Water
