  1. Boil the egg and the potatoes.
  2. When they are cold chop all the ingredients together and put olive oil ,vinegar, oregano and garlic.

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 onion
  • olives
  • cucumber
  • soft cheese(anthotyro)
  • olive oil
  • vinnegar
  • oregano
  • garlic
