Red mullet in foil

Directions

  1. Clean the fish and scrape the scales.
  2. Salt and pepper the fish. Pour lemon juice over them and rub them with butter.
  3. Cut 4 aluminium foil pieces and place one fish on each piece.
  4. Wrap the pieces of aluminium, place them in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 large red mullets
  • 2 spoons butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Juice of 2 lemons
