Red mullet in foil
Directions
- Clean the fish and scrape the scales.
- Salt and pepper the fish. Pour lemon juice over them and rub them with butter.
- Cut 4 aluminium foil pieces and place one fish on each piece.
- Wrap the pieces of aluminium, place them in a baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.

- 4 large red mullets
- 2 spoons butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of 2 lemons
