Directions
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
- Mix in another bowl the flour with the sugar the salt and the oil.
- Create a hole in the middle of the bowl and pour the water.
- Work the mixture with your hands until you create a non sticky elastic dough. Add more flour if needed.
- Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and let the dough rest in warm environment for an hour. It should double its size.
- When the dough is ready separate it in 4 even pieces and use a rolling pin to spread the dough.
- Work the dough and shape into a boat (see picture too for the shape).
- Fill in the boat with pieces of butter and cheese. You may optionally add ham, bacon or camel meat. Another alternative is to add an egg into the boat and let it bake into the oven.
- Peinirli is baked in preheated oven (220 C) for 20 – 25 minutes.

- 1 spoon sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- Fresh butter

- seasoned camel meat (pastourma)
- Egg
