Pasta with butter and cheese


  1. Bring water to a boil and add salt and oil. Put in the pasta. Stir well and cook until tender. Drain well in a colander.
  2. Melt butter into the pan, place back the pasta and toss well.
  3. Pour grated cheese on top.


  • 500 gr spaghetti or thick macaroni
  • 4 lt water
  • Salt
  • 1 spoon Oil
  • 3 spoons butter
  • Grated cheese (Kefalotyri, mitzythra or parmesan)
