Parsley salad
Directions
- Rinse the parsley, cut the onion and the garlic cloves in slices.
- Mix them all well.
- Add salt, vinegar and lemon juice and spread over some olives.
- Cut the egg in slices and garnish the salad with the egg slices.
Ingredients
- 250 gr parsley, only leaves finely chopped
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Some kalamata olives
- One boiled egg
- Salt
- 2 spoons lemon juice
- Vinegar (balsamic if available)
