Parsley salad


  1. Rinse the parsley, cut the onion and the garlic cloves in slices.
  2. Mix them all well.
  3. Add salt, vinegar and lemon juice and spread over some olives.
  4. Cut the egg in slices and garnish the salad with the egg slices.


  • 250 gr parsley, only leaves finely chopped
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Some kalamata olives
  • One boiled egg
  • Salt
  • 2 spoons lemon juice
  • Vinegar (balsamic if available)
