Directions
- Roast the onions, the peppers, the garlic and the meat softly.
- Finish roasting with the wine and add the tomatoes and the cheese.
- Open pieces of aluminium foil and spread the mixture on them.
- Fold the aluminium foil and bake the meat in preheated oven (200 C) for 45 minutes.
Ingredients
- 800 gr ostrich steak, cut in cubes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin stripes
- 1 red pepper, cut in thin stripes
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 250 gr peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 glass of water white wine
- 1 cup olive oil
- 200 gr kefalotyri cheese, cut in cubes
