Onion salad from Zante
Directions
- Slice the onions finely.
- Put them in a salad bowl, season with salt and a little oregano and dress with oil and vinegar.
- Mix well.

- 1 kilo Zakynthian onions
- salt, oregano
- olive oil, vinegar
- purslane leaves, parsley (optional)
