Omelette with aromatic herbs
Directions
- Beat the eggs in the mixer with some water.
- Add the aromatics (onions, dill, parsley), the cheese and the flour.
- Mix well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan (30 cm diameter preferred) and pour the mixture.
- Let it cook in low temperature.
- When the bottom is cooked, cover the pan and let the top of the omelette be cooked.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 fresh green onions
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 spoon corn flour
- 2 spoon grated mitzithra cheese, or any other cheese with equal taste
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
