Omelette with aromatic herbs

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs in the mixer with some water.
  2. Add the aromatics (onions, dill, parsley), the cheese and the flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan (30 cm diameter preferred) and pour the mixture.
  5. Let it cook in low temperature.
  6. When the bottom is cooked, cover the pan and let the top of the omelette be cooked.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 fresh green onions
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 spoon corn flour
  • 2 spoon grated mitzithra cheese, or any other cheese with equal taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
