1. Wash the mussels carefully and put them in a saucepan with a little water . Cook them for some time .
  2. After a while add the hot pepper cut in slices, the parsley, some black pepper, one spoonful of butter and the garlic in slices.
  3. When they are almost ready add the cheese in small pieces, the lemon juice and the second spoonful of butter .
