Goat in clay pot

Directions

  1. Season the goat with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the goat into the clay pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour 5 glasses of water and let the goat cook for 2-3 hours in the oven (150-200 C).

Ingredients

  • 1,5 kg goat
  • 6 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1,5 tea cup olive oil
  • 2 spoons finely cut spearmint
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 carrots, finely cut
  • Salt
  • Pepper
