Fried Shrimps


  1. Mix well all the ingredients, used for the batter, add salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the shrimps and drain them.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Dip the shrimps in the batter and fry them until golden brown.


  • 1/2 kg shrimps, cleaned
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

For the batter


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea spoon oil
