Fried red mullet

Directions

  1. Salt the fish, roll it in flour and fry it in oil.
  2. Fry until both sides are brown.
  3. Serve in a long platter.
You may pour some lemon juice over the fish or even sprinkle them with some finely cut parsley.

  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Flour for coating
  • Lemon juice
