Dough for making crepes


  1. Add flour in a bowl. Gradually add half of milk (cold). Stir in order to unify. Beat eggs and add them into the bowl. Add the rest of the milk and stir well.
  2. Let the dough for 12 hours covered in fridge before use.


  • 160 gr flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass milk
  • 1 tspn oil
