Directions
- Saute the chicken, the onions and the mushrooms in the melted butter.
- Add the rest of ingredients and cook in low heat for 1 hour.
- Check that the chicken is tender and cook more if necessary.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken around 1 – 1,5 kg
- 1/2 kg mushrooms, chopped in small pieces
- 1/2 kg small onions, sliced
- 8 tea spoons butter
- 1 bayleaf
- 1/2 glass sweet red wine
- 1 tin peeled tomatoes (or for better taste mash the equivalent portion of fresh tomatoes)
- Salt
- Pepper
