Directions
- Soak the chick peas for at least for 5 – 6 hours.
- Place them into a heat – proof crock – pot, season with salt and pour olive oil.
- Cover and bake them for hours in 250 C.
- Serve with lemon juice.

- 1 kg chick peas
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 spoon salt
- 2 cups olive oil
- Lemon juice
