Cheese triangles or rolls
Directions
- Heat butter and add the flour. Mix and heat flour until brown. Add milk and stir until mixture thickens.
- When it thickens, let it cool.
- Mix the cheese and the eggs with the thickened mixture. If the mixture is not thick enough to be moulded add more cheese.
- Shape the mixture into triangles or rolls and bake in moderate oven until golden.
Ingredients
- 640 gr milk or less, lukewarm (use enough for thickening the flour)
- 6 spoons flour
- 3 spoons butter
- 160 gr parmezan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
