Directions
- Mix olive oil with garlic and baste the vegetables with the mixture. Season them with salt and fresh grinded pepper
- Prepare the coal.
- Grill the vegetables in both sides. Be careful not to burn them.
- Serve immediately

- Eggplants, cut in thin rounds
- Red peppers cut in thin slices
- Olive oil
- Garlic, crashed
- Salt and fresh pepper
