Charcoaled vegetables

 

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil with garlic and baste the vegetables with the mixture. Season them with salt and fresh grinded pepper
  2. Prepare the coal.
  3. Grill the vegetables in both sides. Be careful not to burn them.
  4. Serve immediately

Ingredients

  • Zucchini, cut in thin slices
  • Eggplants, cut in thin rounds
  • Red peppers cut in thin slices
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic, crashed
  • Salt and fresh pepper
