Chick peas from Sifnos island
A Traditional dish from Sifnos, cooked on Sundays. The chick peas are baked into the oven for many hours until they melt and become very tender.
Broad beans
Most people cook them plain with no tomato. They only use olive oil and sprinkle oregano on top
