Baked potatoes with oregano
Directions
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Chop them in small pieces and dredge them with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Spread them in a baking pan, pour olive oil and lemon juice and bake in medium temperature (180 C) for an hour.
No need to add water. They are baked well with oil and lemon juice.

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Lemon juice
