Directions
- Wash the mussels carefully and put them in a saucepan with a little water . Cook them for some time .
- After a while add the hot pepper cut in slices, the parsley, some black pepper, one spoonful of butter and the garlic in slices.
- When they are almost ready add the cheese in small pieces, the lemon juice and the second spoonful of butter .

- 1 kilo of ready to cook mussels
- 3 – 6 cloves of garlic
- some parsley
- 1 hot green pepper
- 2 spoonfuls of butter
- 1 lemon
- feta cheese
- pepper
