Trahana soup
Directions
- Peel and mash the tomatoes.
- Add the tomato mash, the trahana, olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan, add 4 cups of water and boil for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
- Optionally you can melt feta cheese in the soup.

- 250 grams trahanas (sweet or sour)
- 3 fresh tomatoes
