Tiny sour dough soup

Trahana soup


  1. Peel and mash the tomatoes.
  2. Add the tomato mash, the trahana, olive oil, salt and pepper in a saucepan, add 4 cups of water and boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve.
  4. Optionally you can melt feta cheese in the soup.


  • 250 grams trahanas (sweet or sour)
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • feta cheese (optional)
