Yogurt Lemon mousse
Greek Yogurt Lemon mousse
Directions
- Empty the condensed milk tin on a blender and start beating it.
- Add gradually the yogurt and the lemon juice. Blend all ingredients.
- Add the lemon zest and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
- Empty the mixture into atomic bowls and preserve in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Serve with crashed digestive biscuits on top.
Tip: If you want the mixture to become thicker in texture then you should replace semi skimmed yogurt with strained. Strained yogurt like TOTAL is not soft.
Ingredients
- 400 grams Greek yogurt (semi skimmed cows milk like FAGE ageladitsa 400 grams = two plastic containers)
- 200 grams Greek yogurt (strained like FAGE TOTAL 200 grams = one plastic small container)
- 1 tin (400grams) condensed sugared milk
- Juice of two lemons
- Lemon zest (optional)
- Some digestive biscuits for coating
