Yogurt Lemon mousse

Greek Yogurt Lemon mousse


  1. Empty the condensed milk tin on a blender and start beating it.
  2. Add gradually the yogurt and the lemon juice. Blend all ingredients.
  3. Add the lemon zest and stir with a plastic or wooden spoon.
  4. Empty the mixture into atomic bowls and preserve in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Serve with crashed digestive biscuits on top.

Tip: If you want the mixture to become thicker in texture then you should replace semi skimmed yogurt with strained. Strained yogurt like TOTAL is not soft.


  • 400 grams Greek yogurt (semi skimmed cows milk like FAGE ageladitsa  400 grams = two plastic containers)
  • 200 grams Greek yogurt (strained like FAGE TOTAL 200 grams = one plastic small container)
  • 1 tin (400grams) condensed sugared milk
  • Juice of two lemons
  • Lemon zest (optional)
  • Some digestive biscuits for coating
