Directions

  1. Heat and whiten the almonds.
  2. Then put them in a pan along with the sugar and heat in a low fire.
  3. Stir continuously until the almonds grow pinkish and the sugar melts.
  4. Pour the mixture on a marble slab and cut it in squares.
  5. Transfer to a platter and let it dry.

Ingredients

  • 1 glassful of almonds
  • 1 glassful of sugar
