Barboule
Directions
- Heat and whiten the almonds.
- Then put them in a pan along with the sugar and heat in a low fire.
- Stir continuously until the almonds grow pinkish and the sugar melts.
- Pour the mixture on a marble slab and cut it in squares.
- Transfer to a platter and let it dry.

- 1 glassful of almonds
- 1 glassful of sugar
