Sesame paste dip
Directions
- Mix all ingredients but olive oil and basil in food processor for 1 minute.
- Scrape into serving dish.
- Sprinkle olive oil and basil on top.
- Serve with pita triangles.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups drained, cooked chick peas/garbanzo beans
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp finely chopped basil
