Directions

  1. Wash the sardines well.
  2. Remove head and guts. Salt them.
  3. Coat the fish with flour and fry them in heated oil until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.

  • Flour for coating
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying
