Vegetable soup

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into very small cubes. Same with zucchini and carrots. Slice the onion. Cut the tomato into small pieces, after you remove the skin and the seeds.
  2. Put all ingredients into a pot and cover them with water. Add oil, salt, pepper.
  3. Let it boil for about 20 minutes.
  4. When serving, you can add some lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (mid-size)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots (mid-size)
  • 1 bunch of celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (ripe)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1/2 cup oil, salt, pepper
