Vanilla Cream
Directions
- Heat the milk in a saucepan. Do not bring to a boil.
- Add the vanilla and 2 spoons of sugar.
- Mix.
- Beat the egg yolks with the 2 spoons of sugar in a bowl.
- Add gradually the cornflour and some heated milk.
- Stir until the corn flour is dissolved.
- Add the lemon zest in the saucepan.
- Empty the bowl into the saucepan and stir in medium heat continuously until the cream thickens.
- When it is thick enough remove the cream into atomic bowls.
- Let it cool, dredge with cinnamon and serve.
Suitable for children. Can be also served warm

- 4 glasses of milk
- 8 spoons of corn flour
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 1 tspn vanilla powder
- 2 egg yolks
- Lemon zest of one lemon
- Cinnamon
