Sweet fried red peppers

Directions

  1. Wash the peppers carefully and place them in a pan. Bake them in medium temperature until it is possible to peel their skin easily.
  2. Peel their skin, remove seeds and drain them.
  3. Use a frying pan to fry them in both sides.
  4. After frying them place them in a plate, add vinegar and olive oil if non is left from frying.
  5. Add salt as desired.
