Sweet fried red peppers
Directions
- Wash the peppers carefully and place them in a pan. Bake them in medium temperature until it is possible to peel their skin easily.
- Peel their skin, remove seeds and drain them.
- Use a frying pan to fry them in both sides.
- After frying them place them in a plate, add vinegar and olive oil if non is left from frying.
- Add salt as desired.
