Stuffed peppers with cheese
Directions
- Cut the top of the peppers.
- Grate all the kinds of cheese and mix them together.
- Beat the egg and pour it over the cheese mixture.
- Dredge salt, pepper, parsley and paprika and mix.
- Stuff each pepper with the mixture and fry them softly.
- Drain them or use an absorbing paper to absorb the oil.
As an alternative you can bake them in a heat proof pan adding first some oil, like the peppers in the picture, which are baked and not fried. Serve hot or cold.

- Cheese feta, kaseri, kefalotyri)
- Chopped parsley
- Paprika
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
