Directions
- Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onion and meat.
- Add warm water, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the lettuce leaves in boiled water for a second in order to soften them.
- Drain lettuce leaves and place a spoon of the stuffing in each leaf.
- Fold the leaves and place them in the saucepan.
- Cover them with a plate in order not to open.
- Add water and butter and cook for 45 minutes in low heat.
Ingredients
- 300 gr minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 spoons oil
- 2 spoons rice
- 125 ml warm water
- Dill, finely chopped
- 12-15 large lettuce leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 spoon butter
- 250 ml water
