Sardines with oregano and oil

Directions

  1. Wash the fish and remove the heads.
  2. In a saucepan add oil, lemon juice and oregano.
  3. Add some water and stir the mixture.
  4. When it boils place the fish in the saucepan and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

  • 1 kg sardines
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
