Salad

Directions

  1. Mash the garlic with a mortar and pestle, add herbs and grind.*
  2. Rinse sides with vinegar and whisk in oil.
  3. Arrange salad on plates and dress.

*(If you don’t have a mortar and pestle, mince garlic VERY finely and rub herbs between your hands.)

  • Tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • Cucumber, cubed
  • Kalamata olives
  • Chunks of good feta cheese

  • dill
  • basil
  • pepper
  • red wine vinegar
  • olive oil
