Ostrich burgers
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well and shape the mixture into medium sized burgers.
- Grill them and serve them hot.
- Alternatively you can fry them.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg ostrich minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 large spoon of hard tack
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg
