Greek Yogurt with Nutella Sweet
Nutella yogurt sweet
Directions
- Mash the cookies using a blender.
- Melt the butter and then mix it with the grated cookies.
- Empty the mixture into a shallow cake pan and press until the surface is covered and the sweet’s base is created.
- Beat the yogurt with the Nutella until the mixture is fluffy and homogenized.
- Spread the mixture on top of the sweet’s base.
- Spread some pieces of grated cookies on top for decoration.
- Preserve in the fridge for 12 hour to allow the sweet to become solid.
- Remove from the fridge and serve!
Ingredients
- 3 packets OREO chocolate cookies
- 2 spoons butter
- 600 ml TOTAL greek strained yogurt
- 400 grams Nutella (Merenda in greece)
