Lobster eggs meze

Directions

  1. Remove the eggs from the lobster.
  2. Beat them in a mixer, add lemon and oil and serve.

The appetizer has a very delicate taste!

  • Eggs of lobster (in case the lobster you have is full of eggs
  • Lemon
  • Oil
